We believe in customer satisfaction! We guarantee our items to be as described and authentic. Returns are gladly accepted for a full refund.
A word on condition:
All items on our website are in good condition unless otherwise noted. Condition issues are indicated by a "Details" link under the item or by condition information within the description below the thumbnail image.
Payment:
we accept payment by credit cards and bank transfers online through Paypal and we also accept payment by check, money orders and cash.
To pay by Paypal just use the shopping cart buttons (see shipping note below). To pay by check or money orders email us with the item # or design # of the pieces you would like to purchase.
Shipping:
whenever possible we include the shipping cost in the item price for shippments within the continental US. However, with larger items or items under $250 there is often a nominal shipping charge. We prefer to ship by UPS Ground but are happy to use the carrier of your choice. When purchases are made using the shopping cart function and additional shipping costs apply, we will contact you with shipping cost after you have made your purchase.
For sales outside the continental US shipping charges, at cost, will apply.
Location & Viewing:
We are not a retail location but private viewings are available by appointment; we are located in the West Village of Manhattan, New York City. Just email us if you would like to schedule a viewing!
